Ark Crew
As an Ark Crew, the bulk of your time spent will be facing our esteem members. You role is to be in charge of translating external brand image to customers through their services, and going above and beyond to make them feel warm and valued.

Responsibilities include:

- Familiarising all CRM systems in place.
- Address any concerns or issues faced by members by providing proper solutions.
- Ensure the gym is always operationally ready. Should there be a need to step in for maintenance, initiative should be taken by Ark Crew to step in.
- From time to time, conduct events to strengthen the Ark Community.
Outstanding employees may be promoted to Senior Ark Crew and eventually Ark Team Leader of the outlet and in future of a district of outlets.
Requirements:

- No experience is required. Experience in customer service will be advantageous.
- A good attitude and willingness to learn.
- Quick learner and a good team player.
- A keen sense of observation and pro-activeness.
